From my first meeting with Sam, and the final meeting with Richard, the whole team have been extremely helpful, friendly, and supportive. The call with Richard before the day of the funeral was a reassuring touch and on the day he was there with his team to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we knew what to do. I can't recommend Earls highly enough. You made a dreadful situation bearable and for that I thank you

I did not have dealings with everyone, but found Richard, Sarah, Samantha and Kelsey extremely polite, helpful and respectful. They patiently waited for me to make decisions and then carried out my wishes beyond what I was expecting. All arrangements were exactly as I wanted them to be.

This is the second time my family have used Earls. Sam & Kelsey were my contacts and were professional & empathetic at all times whether in person or over the phone, no question was ever too awkward. On the day all staff were courteous & respectful throughout. Everything ran smoothly as planned for my mother. I would have no hesitation in recommended Earls as excellent funeral directors.

Following the sudden death of my husband after a short illness, Kelsey .Sam and all the staff involved on the day of his funeral were absolutely brilliant. They guided and supported me through the most awful time of my life ensuring the funeral went according to my husbands last wishes. Following my father’s death on Christmas Day 2025 my sister and I approached Earl & Co to help organise the funeral and cremation. This was the first time in many years we had dealt with a close family death and we didn’t know really where to start.
Earl & Co were kind and supportive from the very start, they walked us through all of the decisions, providing options and solutions for all of them which really took the pressure off us.
Communication after the initial meeting was great, they were responsive with any queries, and patient when we were confused or overwhelmed. The day of the funeral ran entirely to plan and was as low stress for us as it possibly could have been.
